Economy Green 2X Liquid Laundry Detergent

2X heavy-duty liquid (HDL) using only surfactants which are listed on Cleangredients.org or ingredients that are known to be used in U.S. EPA Safer Choice approved formulations. The formulation cleans within the lower end of the green 2x HDL range. Instructions on how to create a high efficiency (HE) version of this formulation is provided below.
