This concentrate shampoo with minimized water contains Stepan surfactants LATHANOL® LAL POWDER (or LATHANOL® LAL COARSE can be used), ALPHA-STEP® PC-48, and AMPHOSOL® HCG-HP to give the luxurious foam you are used to with traditional systems. STEPAN-MILD® L3 is added to maintain scalp moisture.
