Green Tea Cleansing and Toning Wipes Solution

This wipes solution gently cleanses and tones skin with naturally-derived cleansers ALPHA-STEP® PC-48 and AMPHOSOL® 2CSF-AF, and antioxidant-rich green tea extract. Simply apply over the face and neck with a soft cloth. Suitable for wipes packages. The Stepan surfactants used in this formulation are greater than 50% BCI.
