Stepan Recognizes 2025 President’s Awards Winners

Stepan Company announced the site recipients of its 2025 President’s Awards, an internal recognition program that honors manufacturing sites and R&D facilities for year-long excellence in Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S), Quality and Sustainability.
The President’s Awards honors sites for exemplary safety and quality performance and sustainability leadership—consistently demonstrating the behaviors and results that help protect our people, serve our customers, and strengthen the communities where we operate. Across these locations, teams reinforced Stepan’s Life Saving Rules, elevated near-miss learning, maintained audit readiness, strengthened product quality systems, and advanced practical sustainability initiatives.
